Application for NHDC/HR/RECT-I/2017 has to be done online only. There is no printed application form.

It is Essential to have a unique Mobile No and E-Mail ID for each Application Registration. Once used, the same number/email cannot be used for another application.
All future communications will be received from and sent through the registered mobile number and email ID. Communications from candidates from any other mobile number or email ID cannot be considered genuine/official and hence are liable to be ignored. NHDC will not be responsible for non-receipt of any communication by the candidates if the mobile number and/or the email ID is found wrong/non-existing/changed.
Candidates are advised to study the Guidelines of Online Application thoroughly before attempting online application.
Once the registration details i.e. name, father’s name, mother’s name and date of birth are entered and submitted, they cannot be changed/modified/edited under normal circumstances.
Also the information must match exactly with the school admit cards, mark sheets, certificates, photo identity cards, caste/category certificates etc. which you have to produce to enter the examination hall.
Do not attempt to make any duplicate application.
In Case of multiple applications by the same candidate, the candidature shall be summarily rejected.
Do not share your application number; password with anyone.
Upload scanned copy of photograph and signature as described in the Advertisement.
The amount of application fees to be paid for appearing in the NHDC/HR/RECT-I/2017 is Rs. 500/- (Five hundred fifty only) The Examination Fees can be paid in cashless mode by ‘Net Banking’/ ‘Debit Card’/ ‘Credit Card’ or in cash using State Bank of India e-challan generated through the Online SBI Collect Payment gateway only,in course of making online application.
Payment status is updated online and hence will show ‘OK’ only after the payment and reconciliation after 24 hours. But in some rare cases it may be delayed due to the Bank’s network delay/failure or transaction failure at the Electronic Payment Gateway (EPG). If the payment status does not show ‘OK’ thereafter,then the candidates are advised as follows
a) If the payment was made by e-challan, contact the bank branch immediately, where the cash payment was made.
b) If the payment was made by net banking/debit card/credit card, and the transaction failed at EPG, the candidate has to make payment once again.
Do not wait for the last day to make fee payment in order to avoid payment failure by Bank or EPG.
Keep copies of confirmation page, admit card in safe custody. It is not possible to generate any duplicate copy.
Same Mobile No / e Mail id cannot be used to submit duplicate application.Hence, apply carefully.
Candidates must note that they may be alloted acentre in any one of their Centre Choice opted in online form and no query shall be entertained in this regard
Preserve your Login and Password for all future logins for downloading Filled-in Application Form, Admit Cards ,etc
If the qualification possessed by the candidate is equivalent, then the equivalency certificate by the relevant authority be enclosed.
No printed / hard copy of the filled Application Form or any other supporting documents is to be sent before shortlisting based on Written Test and / or Skill Test unless asked to submit specifically.
The candidate will be considered for the post applied for, on the basis of his/her merit for the post.
